St. Mary’s National School Week 2

Here’s what happened this week with DYDC instructor, Carla Fazio:

“Today we discovered new ways of traveling while making shapes also. We studied pictures of buildings and natural places that had shapes in them. We then got to try out making some of these shapes using different parts of our bodies. We learned that we can make all of these shapes at different levels – high levels, middle levels and low levels. Have a look at our photos to see some of our shapes! Both weeks we have concluded our sessions with a group exercise where we open the petals on our flower and pass it around the circle using our fingers and hands. We are really looking forward to next week!”

Here are the images we used for inspiration.
